Terms of Service

• Fortnetic provides compliance assessment workflow tooling, reporting, and remediation planning.
• Fortnetic does not store Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI).
• Users are responsible for the accuracy of submitted assessment data.

• Authentication is provided by Firebase Authentication.
• Payments and subscriptions are provided by Stripe.
• Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest.
• Hosting is provided on AWS infrastructure with SOC 2 and ISO 27001-certified controls.

• Paid plans are billed through Stripe based on your selected tier and interval.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription via the customer billing portal.
• Fees already paid are generally non-refundable except where required by law.

• You may not use the platform for unlawful activity, security abuse, or unauthorized access.
• You may not attempt to disrupt service operation or bypass subscription controls.

We may suspend accounts for violations of these terms. You may request account and data deletion by contacting support, and we will process eligible requests in accordance with applicable obligations.
